Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Sauk Centre)

Position Summary

If you’re a detail-oriented people-person with an appreciation for the power of community, this is the job for you! In this position you must be able to services customers by providing the utmost professionalism and genuine appreciation. Communicate with customers and teammates honestly, effectively, and directly, while providing a great experience. Holds a high level of standard for greeting customers and answering phone calls. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers while providing "Ritz Carlton" level customer service. 
  • Performing Teller functions to include deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. 
  • Detail oriented: Meticulous in understanding the problem to be solved and executing tasks. 
  • Establish solid relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Other duties assigned. 

Position Schedule

  • Rotating Saturday schedule. 
  • Bank hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm/6:00pm on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Work hours will be scheduled within these hours, subject to change at any time.

Ideal Qualifications

  • High level of technology skills to include word processing/spreadsheets/email & document scanning/attachments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to organize and manage details. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience in the banking industry preferred, although not required. 
  • Always on an ambitious personal and professional growth plan-seeking to be the best you can be.
